I generally don’t leave reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the product. The insulation value is not there. I felt the slide in was of poor quality. The knob on the the slide in door striped immediately. The door just does not seal properly.

We’ve attempted to contact Mr. Hillis to get more details to help solve his issue, and unfortunately there’s been no reply. This seems like an easy-to-fix issue, likely caused by pet damage, but it’s impossible to tell with the information given.

The performance reported is not acceptable, and he shouldn’t be happy with it. However, this is damage that needs to be fixed, not a core issue with the pet door.
